Cotton palm is included ( but are not limited to ) by advanced methods, springy palm, fire hands (burning palm), Advanced No-distance hitting and general energy palm. Also included are learning how to use a Yin palm to just take energy out and the Yang palm to set negative energy into someone. Also the late death contact and other advanced stunning methods come in the advanced program along with more advanced methods of power transference including being able to strike a person nearly anywhere and have the strike travel through the opponents human anatomy to a planned destination someplace else inside them. Healing options for many of the lively attacks are included.

Talent tests include being able to hold three boards and break them or only break anyone or two together of the boards as selected by the instructor and being able to break bricks and get different results with the brick breaks. There are other skill tests as well such as being in a position to gently hit through a very thick power guard pad and have the one who is holding the pad feel the hit as though the pad is not there. I demonstrated this strike through a bullet proof vest and have have some police for students.

I also have a method that is taught as part of our advanced Tai Chi course that involves Internal Iron Body, Cotton Palm and high level Dim Mak including having the capability to hit everywhere on their body and have your strike get where you need it to as well as how to touch the opponent very lightly (or so it seems) and transmit a huge number of harm to their back and central nervous system.
